Adoramos tudo!! A cama era muito confortável e o banheiro com aquecimento do piso foi excepcional!!

Location was epic, staff friendly apartment was more than we expected.

Awesome location, walking distance to everything in Whistler. 3 hot tubs, which aren't fancy but did the job. Comfortable, clean suite. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

This was our second time staying in this unit. Its beautifully updated - so spacious and quiet. Great location within walking distance to Upper Village.
Deborah H. Aug 2022
The large windows, privacy from the trees, quiet surroundings, and everything we needed in the unit, make us want to go back. Looking forward to next time!

The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen is well appointed. It has an amazing balcony and is very private.

The location is not convenient to restaurants and attractions. It's quite a wàlk to the smaller village and not walkable to the larger village. Because I chose a more expensive room I was expecting a larger room. The room was disappointing as was the lack of view. I discovered, that if I had booked the accommodations and golf myself rather than go through a booking agency, it would have cost considerably less. Also, I became ill and no refund for the golf or accommodation was available through vacasa. Would have been if I booked it myself. Last time I use an agency.
Manager response:

Can’t go wrong here! Price, location and ski in and out! Heated floors is what was a great example to the attention to detail! This unit has a huge deck and living room by Aspens standards. We would have loved a bbq, but stove and oven work perfect. Clean is understatement, If you head to Whistler this will not disappoint! We will return! Note I have stayed at the Aspens 10 times, best unit yet.

We loved out stay at #330 at the Aspens. This unit is top notch - very nicely remodeled with nice touches throughout. Plus, it's on the quieter side of the complex with a corner (and slightly larger) footprint. Ample storage for all our gear and a decently stocked kitchen for eating in (just wish there were more basics like some spices, condiments and such...). We'll stay here again for sure though!

Lived up to my expectations from the pictures and description. The bedroom and living room are huge, would be great for 2 couples. Its at the end of a corridor on a corner in a quiet location. The only complaints are that our room code wouldn't work to get into the hot tub or pool area and the line up for check in was so long we didn't query it to use both facilities and the ski valet took ages to find my skis one morning!

This apartment has almost everything that make my time there perfect, except the lack of its kitchen supplies.

There are no Blender or Electric mixer available. The coffee filters are not the correct size of coffee maker. The available utensils are cheap quality.

Overall I think the owner needs to put more effort invested in buying good quality cookware which will work better and last longer.

Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Thuy. We appreciate your feedback as a means to improve our service and future guests' experiences. We look forward to having the opportunity to host you and better impress you in the future!

Love the location, very quiet. Close enough to the village to walk, and right on the ski hill. The apartment had mostly everything you would need. Very clean and nicely renovated.

Our stay (booked through Vrbo) at The Aspens was great! It was a very nice property, close to food and drinks in the Upper Village, and just a short walk to the Main Village.

The problem came when we asked to check out a night early in front of a snow storm that predicted 25 to 50cm over 24 hours and no offer of a refund or credit was provided. I think they just wanted us to extend our stay and pay them for probably another three or four nights. We ended up leaving anyway, out $400, and they ended up getting 40cm of snow overnight, which lead the road out of to become pretty hard to drive on.

A great place to stay, just be careful about booking during the winter months.

Loved our stay here. The condo was spacious, bright and quiet The only issue was there was no hot water the morning we checked out.
Manager response:
Karyn, thank you for your review. We are so happy you had an enjoyable stay. We apologize for the lack of hot water you experienced the morning of your check-out. We encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay should any issues arise, as we are happy to quickly assist. We have not had any other reports of issues with hot water at this home, but have passed this feedback along to our local manager to address. We hope to host you again soon!

We just returned from spending 4 nights at this property. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the ambience the updated decor provided. Nice view out the windows. Fantastic service from front desk clerk and a well organized process from booking to arriving to check out. Well done Vacasa.

They unit is newly renovated and has a very large open concept living area and large bedroom. This unit is situated at the end of the complex which makes is quite different from the other units. The large patio would be ideal for summer bbq's. Would definitely rent this unit the next time we plan to goto Whistler. Ski in Ski Out was ideal. Also located next to the Magic Chair which is ideal for those learning how to Ski.

Great location, beautiful condo, clean, well-equipped, very enjoyable stay.
Lorie B. Oct 2020
This unit was very cozy in a warm way, nice gas fireplace, nice lighting, lots of room, spacious bedroom with blackout blind. Kitchen well equipped but don’t expect anything other than coffee packets and creamers in the fridge. This would understandably not be permitted due to COVID, so we didn’t expect it. Only 15 min. walk to the village. Our only quibble is the back of the bathroom door, the wall behind the door and the bathroom baseboards were dirty. I cleaned the wood on the back of the door just because we would be touching that.
Manager response:
Hello Lorie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize the bathroom was not up to our high standard of cleanliness that we hold ourselves to. We have notified our local management team to address this. We hope we have the chance to impress you in the future.

One of the cooler units at the Aspens, end unit with loads of space and huge patio! Beautifully finished with large king bed auto sensing bathroom night lights and heated bathroom floors. Shower pressure was excellent and the unit was clean and very well maintained. Large living room area, big 4K TV, sleeper couch and full kitchen. HIGHLY recommended this unit, 330, for your summer or winner getaway. We were there in summer and many units struggled with the heat, not this end unit!
