Parking Notes: Your parking passes are located just inside your unit.

Parking passes are MANDATORY within all Chateau Ridge. When staying at your Vacasa Chateau ridge rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Development Parking Lot. One of your vehicles must be parked in the unit #’rd parking spot and the 2nd allowable vehicle must be parked in the designated visitor parking spots.

If you have any more than two vehicles then any overflow can be parked overnight in a specific parking lot located on the NORTH SIDE of Jozo Weider Boulevard. This parking lot is located in between the Wintergreen condo development (107 Wintergreen Place) and the Mountain Walk condo development (169 Jozo Weider Boulevard). Access to this sizable parking lot is just off Wintergreen Place, very close to the intersection lights on the corner of Jozo Weider Boulevard and Wintergreen Place.

Here is a map that will be of great value to you in locating the parking lot for your overflow vehicles (as detailed above).

This home was perfect for our family - three children and two adults. Spacious, well equipped kitchen and ideal location to take advantage of all fall activities in the village.

The property is well placed, good layout for us with a young special needs child, there are a lot of stairs but she is still light at present. The beds were comfy. It does require a little updating here and there. The cleaning company did leave a few bits like a pull tab from a Soda can on the sofa, some sticky stuff on the coffee table but overall we loved the location and being close to the attractions.

The location is great, less than 5 min walk on paved path into Blue Village. Kitchen fully stocked, clean. Bunk beds could use better mattresses and master bedroom bed is small. Updates could make the place even better but for 2 nights it served our needs.

This place would be great if it was updated. Beds were uncomfortable. Feels like you're sleeping on springs. My kids did not sleep well at all. Expected it to be cleaner. Couch in the living room also uncomfortable. TV upstairs doesn't work. Location was great. Close to the village. About a 10 minute walk. Would I come back? Probably not.

A deep clean has been scheduled for the property. The cable box for the upstairs TV has been replaced and is now working. While we understand that sleeping preferences vary widely, we are sorry to hear that the bed did not provide for a comfortable night of rest. Unit itself was clean and great. Just needs a few upgrades to make it better. Relative to other units, it is an average rental.

We had 8 people stay two nights, we all had a great time. The space was good, but there would be no way to sleep more then two nights on the mattresses in the bunkbed room. The cook wear should be updated too. Other wise it was great, clean and cozy.

My husband and I loved this place. You are literally right beside blue mountain and walking distance to the village. We drove 5mins to northwind beach and had the best time it was a quite, peaceful clean beach. The place was perfect in good condition. Updated showers and enough space for the whole family.

We loved the location of the property. Easy access to the village, skiing, hiking, biking. However, this was our first get-away during Covid. I was reassured by the company of their protocol, which made sure everything would be super clean and sanitized. This didn't happen. There was dust on everything, the remote control was sticky, there was urine/ feces? something light brown on the one toilet, that I had to use my own disinfectant wipes to clean off. Not a great start. The condo is cute, and spacious for the two of us. Could easily take a family of 4 for sure. The kitchen has a lot of odds and ends and dishes. Again- how is this properly cleaned each time someone rents it? Less might be more. The carpet and blinds need to be removed. Something easier to keep clean. The ensuite bath is recently renovated, which is quite nice, but again, housekeeping is an issue- Found leftover soaps, a sock next to the tub. It would have been nice to have had one mornings worth of coffee grounds. Most places do, so I didn't pack any. We drove into Collingwood to get our coffee, as the starbucks in the village opens a bit later. Again, I love the location and would stay in this building again, but not this particular unit. We had difficulty finding the internet password, so I emailed the company but no response.
We also have a condo that we use to rent out, so I know the difficulties, but I found this one needed a huge over-haul. Less clutter, simplify it, would help keep it safe and clean for guests. Better communication would be nice too. This place has so much potential! I wish you all the best!

Thank you for allowing us to have a memorable vacation! The check in process was simple and the place was clean and the way it looked in the pictures. Some parts of the bathroom needed cleaning and the carpet in the living room needs to be replaced. But a wonderful location. Probably a lot better in the winter as this location is at the bottom of a ski slope.

Had an amazing time! Great views and also place had 24 hrs free shuttle to travel. It picks you up from your stay area and drops you to the blue mountain village. Our group had a blast. We recommend this place for everyone.

The place was exactly as show in the pictures. The beds were comfy and the chalet was located a short walk from the blue mountain village. The only small issue we had was that the AC unit was causing a leak in the hallway below so we had to stay at least one night without the AC. We had contacted the host and were told that they would get a technician there to fix it. We had planned activities for the next day so we were not sure when or if the technician had come. However, we did turn the AC back on and did not experience any issues so it must have been fixed while we were out. All in all, my friends and I very much enjoyed our stay. The AC leak was a minor issue but it seemed to have been fixed.

The house was great, and in a wonderful location for everything we needed. The only problem was the host promised wifi and a washing machine in the unit, neither of which were available. This was a big problem.

This place was one of the most clean, well kept placed I've ever stayed. It was exactly the same as it was shown in the pictures. The Blue Mountain Village was 5-10 minutes away (Driving/walking) and with many other sites. Overall, this place is a place I'd come back over and over again.

Accommodations were spacious, well-appointed and clean. Conveniently located next to Blue Mountain Village and ski slopes. Would have been helpful if parking passes were provided too.
