The peacefulness and calmness of the water.

Booked the cabin last minute for an apple picking trip and we loved everything about it! There was plenty of room to hang out and have meals together! Caught lots of fish! Comfy beds/roomy bathrooms! It fit all 7 of us and we had an extra room not used! It was very toddler friendly, I wasn’t worried about them breaking anything and the bedroom upstairs with the trundles was perfect for them! They already asking when we can come back! Downtown mcaysville is right down the road and is a must!

This Blue Ridge town sits right on the border between Tennessee and Georgia (be sure to get a photo taken with one foot on each side of the painted state line running through town!). McCaysville is about 25 miles north of gorgeous Ellijay, and about ten miles away from both the town of Blue Ridge and the charming area of Mineral Bluff. Top McCaysville attractions

Aside from our charming McCaysville vacation rentals, the town offers much in the way of tourism. Set out on a river excursion with the Rolling Thunder River Company, which offers family-friendly rafting trips on the Toccoa River. Tubing and kayaking are other fun river options if rafting isn't your style. Stroll down Toccoa-Ocoee Street to experience the town's array of restaurants, shops, and art galleries. From May through September, you can enjoy live music at Horseshoe Bend Park at the weekly Pickin' In The Park event.

Whether you're on your way to a different destination or staying in McCaysville for your whole vacation, there's something for every visitor here on the state border. We have a McCaysville cabin rental for every traveler, so make yourself at home.
