We had a wonderful stay at this house. The property is spacious, quiet, and secluded, yet still very convenient, only about seven minutes from Gualala and just five minutes from ocean access. It offered the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. Inside, the home is thoughtfully equipped with modern comforts including TVs in every room, a surround sound system, bathrooms with bidets, and even a projector for family movie nights. We enjoyed the variety of board games, the cozy wood-burning fireplace that warmed both the living room and upstairs, and the well-stocked kitchen with appliances, spices, and everything you need to cook. The outdoor campfire area was also a favorite spot for relaxing in the evenings. There is some room for improvement, as many of the windows and screens were dusty with cobwebs, and most of the pans in the kitchen were worn out and could use an upgrade. Overall, we truly loved our stay. The house offered comfort, convenience, and a beautiful setting, and we would be happy to come back again.
