Anand Naimpally
Anand brings over 20 years of experience in finance leadership roles across three different industries. Most recently, Anand served as an operating partner and board advisor at Balius Partners, a venture capital and growth investment firm. Previously, Anand served as CFO at ServiceMaster Brands, a needs based services business with 7 brands, and $3.6BN in system sales, with 3200+ franchisees. Prior to ServiceMaster, Anand was SVP of Corporate Finance for Inspire Brands where he was instrumental in the financial system transformation, shared services integration, and scaling the finance organization. Prior to Inspire Brands, Anand spent 10 years in senior finance leadership roles at Hilton where he was responsible for finance at 700+ owned and managed hotels globally. Additionally, he spent 14 years in finance and operations roles at Northwest Airlines. Anand started his career at the Center for Economic Development (CED) assisting small businesses in Northeastern Minnesota. Anand has served as a Board Advisor to RoomKey, a meta search engine joint venture founded by Marriott, Hilton, Choice, Wyndham and IHG hotel brands, and served on American Hotel and Lodging Associations’ (AHLA) Financial Management Committee. Anand holds an MBA and Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota.

Rebecca Boyden
Rebecca Boyden brings legal, governance and compliance expertise to Casago, having served as VP and General Counsel at Cerebras Systems and Broadcom Inc. She oversees legal, securities, compliance, M&A, policy, and employment matters. She is a graduate of the University of Bristol, and the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law (LLM).

John Banczak
John Banczak is an adept leader with substantial experience growing consumer businesses, primarily in travel and lodging. Most recently, John served as Chief Operating Officer for Vacasa. Before Vacasa, John was the co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Turnkey, which raised over $120M in funding and pioneered the tech-enabled vacation rental space with their patented systems. Turnkey was acquired by Vacasa in 2021.

Luke Brennan
Prior to Casago, Luke Brennan served in multiple executive roles at Patriot Family Homes (PFH), a Veteran-owned and operated property management company specializing in short-term rentals near military bases. Brennan joined the PFH team as Chief Operating Officer in 2021, where he helped scale the company from 80 units to over 600 in two years. He became Chief Financial Officer in 2023 and is frequently consulted as an industry expert on finance, accounting, and analytics topics related to short-term / vacation rentals.

Catrina Wakefield joined Casago in 2016 as the Director of Global Business Development, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for strategic growth. Under her leadership, Casago expanded from 9 to over 60 locations through its franchise program. Now as VP of Franchise Sales Development, she continues to build strategic partnerships and guide new franchisees to success.

Alex Johnson

With over 16 years of experience in client engagement, project management, and strategic operations, Alex Johnson brings deep industry knowledge and leadership to her role as Casago’s VP of Franchise Operations.

A tenured Vacasa veteran of more than a decade, Alex has held a range of senior leadership roles throughout the organization leading teams in Homeowner Marketing, Sales and Operations. Each experience has sharpened her ability to scale businesses with an analytical mindset and a focus on efficiency and quality. Today, she leverages that expertise to partner closely with franchisees, helping them drive growth, streamline operations, and build strong connections with both employees and guests.
