The primary bedroom features a king bed, an open closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only from June through mid-August


• The homeowners are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. (Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club.) Resort amenities include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The amenity card fee is $112 plus tax.
