The primary bedroom features a king bed, an open closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The king guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, as does the third bedroom with two twins and a trundle.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only from June through mid-August.


• The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Amenity card fee $112 plus tax (subject to change).
