Beautifully situated on more than an acre of land with a view of Saratoga Passage through the trees, this truly unique home on Camano Island is full of charm, character, and craftsmanship. You'll be just a half mile from Madrona Beach and five miles from Camano Commons Marketplace.

The property is quiet and special, offering one-and-a-half acres of gardens, evergreen forest, and fruit-bearing trees overlooking Saratoga Passage. It's a spot often visited by deer and owls, which you can spot from the hot tub, the covered picnic shelter (with a fire cage, lights, and Bluetooth speakers), or the expansive lawn as you play cornhole or frisbee. There's a gas grill on the brick dining patio to use in summer, as well as a firepit where you can gather to recount the day's excursions.

The interior has all the ambience of a woodcutter's cottage, yet it also features such modern touches as central AC, WiFi, and Alexa-controlled blinds (just say "Alexa, good morning," or "Alexa, good night"). The main floor, adorned with wood paneling and plentiful windows, includes two living rooms - a more formal one with a wood fireplace and a streaming-capable TV, and a window-lined den with a wood stove, a TV of its own, and a table for board games. There's also a well-appointed kitchen and a dining room for eight.

In the evenings, you'll find all three bedrooms upstairs, each with pitched ceilings that enhance the atmospheric setting. A Pack 'n Play is provided as well.
