• Parking notes: 1 assigned parking space and one guest space. Parking passes are required for both. Please keep the parking pass displayed on the dashboard of the car or hung from the rearview mirror at all times. The HOA will not tolerate any violations. Please be sure to return the parking pass to the dining table upon departure. One guest parking pass may be requested from our local office. Please reach out to our customer team to arrange this. Our pick up and drop off box is located at 3004 Avenue C, Holmes Beach on the left of the front doors. The code is 3004. Look for the envelope with your name on it. ***If the parking pass is not returned you will be liable for a $100 fee per pass to replace it***ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE COMPLEX!
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
