• Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• This is a non-smoking property, all smoking and vaping must be done off property lines.
• City ordinance requires in-person check-in for all reservations. This must be completed at our office. Only the registered guest whose name is on the rental agreement can check-in and they must provide their ID as well as the credit card that was used at the time of booking. Check-in starts at 4:00 pm.

• 2 dogs , weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: The City of Palm Springs allows the same number of cars as bedrooms in a home. This home has three bedrooms. Two cars can park in the driveway and one in the street. Please utilize driveway spaces before parking on the street. Do not block any driveways or street access.
• Security camera details: There are three surveillance cameras on the property, one above the front door, focused on the front door and one above the garage focused on the driveway and one focused on the gate.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD72 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
