As you step through the double doors, you'll enter a single-level living space offering central air-conditioning, an open layout, and high-speed WiFi throughout. The living area is anchored by a plush sectional facing a TV, with a back door leading outside to the pool terrace. To your left is an expansive kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher), plentiful slate-colored cabinetry, and a prep island. There's dining space all across the room, at the island, the high-top table, the peninsula bar, and the table by the window.

There's a utility room with a washer/dryer just off the kitchen, allowing you to grab a fresh swimsuit whenever the mood to swim strikes. And out back in the enclosed yard, you'll find an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and a firepit to cap your pool days at home. At night, all four bedrooms - each with its own TV - are in the opposite wing of the house, including a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
