Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am (no outdoor activities after 10pm). Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires a mandatory face-to-face check-in at the property manager's local office.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Due to local ordinances, guests are required to complete an In-person check-in at the local office, before heading to the home. The reservation holder must present photo identification upon check-in. Failure to comply can result in penalties including but not limited to, citations to both Vacasa and the guest as well as non-refundable eviction from the home.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• This rental is located on floor 2.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
