THINGS TO KNOW

• Wristband fee required from March 12, 2023 thru March 20, 2023 for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.

• 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• This rental is located on floor 1.
• Parking notes: Unassigned parking is available for 1 car. Your parking pass must be displayed at all times and must be returned upon departure. There is a $75 replacement fee for unreturned parking passes.

  A yellow parking pass will be located on the kitchen counter upon arrival. With this yellow pass, you may park in the garage or in front of the building.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
