THINGS TO KNOW

• Two kayaks and beach towels are available for guest use.
• The boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any watercraft.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Two vehicles can fit onto the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the street or grass. Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked overnight.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Dock details: The boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any watercraft.
• 3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
