THINGS TO KNOW

• This complex will be undergoing concrete repairs until the first part of June 2023. Guests will be impacted daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Though balconies should be open after these hours, there may be instances they unexpectedly are not due to safety reasons. Stairways and walkways may similarly be involved in construction/maintenance. There will also be times while working on the western half of the building that will result in pool closures. Noise will likely resonate throughout the entire building during work hours.
