You'll have lots of fun activities to enjoy during your stay in this lovely two-bedroom condo, not to mention direct beach access for everyone to enjoy! The full kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals, and you can enjoy your masterpiece out on the private balcony as an alfresco meal. The central air-conditioning will keep everything nice and cool, and you'll love swimming in the shared pool after a fun day of sightseeing.

Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
Buildings 3 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead walkway spot repair, estimated to be complete by Feb. 1, 2023. There will occasionally be significant construction noise, such as grinding and drilling.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

• Parking notes: Parking passes must be purchased onsite with guard shack upon arrival (1 parking pass maximum per 1 bedroom condo and 2 parking pass maximum per 2 bedroom condo @ $35 each) THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH, ONLY CREDIT CARDS AND CHECKS.

  Please note: Parking Pass Rates are determined by the Homeowner Association and are subject to change at any time without notice. The guard shack is open from 8 AM until 8 pm daily.

  STRICTLY ENFORCED - BUSES of any size or type are PROHIBITED from entering property. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed.
  Long Term Renters/Winter Guests/Monthly Guests - Parking Passes are valid for 30 Days Maximum. Additional passes are required for multi-months.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
