This lovely three-bedroom retreat is ideal for large families and gatherings. Sit back and relax in this well-equipped space! Bluewater is a 14-story building with six condos per floor featuring a large sun deck at the outdoor pool and children's pool. Another feature that is convenient is an area for grilling. An indoor hot tub is located adjacent to the indoor pool and there is a small fitness room on site.

This terrific escapade boasts an inviting living area with endless natural light, a TV to watch all of your favorite movies and shows, and comfortable furniture throughout. Surprise your guests with tasty homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, which is complete with all necessary appliances and cookware. Don't hesitate to let your creativity flow here! THINGS TO KNOW

• Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.
