THINGS TO KNOW

• There will be construction nearby until mid-June 2024. Usual hours of intermittent construction are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with occasional weekday work until 6:30 p.m. Construction will not occur on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 10% for all booking stays between now and mid-June 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.
• This home does not have air-conditioning.
• Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
• This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
