Location location location!! Wow is this old lodge and property situated beautifully at Sebago Lake. It’s scruffy.. and it wouldn’t take much just to polish up the old fashioned vibe a bit.. so don't expect it to be a resort.. it is what it is.. and that includes beautiful positioning right on the lake.. a lovely boat dock and a sunset view from the side porch of the main lodge that’ll knock your socks off! ….It’s like you’re staying in an old home from old money that no longer needs to hold any pretension. Man we hope they don’t knock this down for something too bougie!!! We recommend Room#3 which has a little sun porch.. amenities included 2 burner cooktop, micro, mini fridge, drip coffeemaker, basic cookware plates dishes and silverware .. private bath. Second floor landing of main lodge had a large bookshelf crammed with old books. Scruffy charm!

At nearly eight miles wide and 10 miles long, Maine's second-largest lake reaches depths of up to 316 feet and is a popular destination for anglers in search of lake and brook trout, largemouth and smallmouth bass, and white and yellow perch.
