As you enter, you'll find tile floors throughout, a pair of sofas positioned in front of a TV, and a kitchen that's been thoughtfully updated with stainless steel appliances. The six-person dining room is lined with windows, allowing you to sit down for breakfast each morning with a view of the pool terrace. Out front, you'll have access to a gas grill (which is shared with the other side of the duplex); out back on the private, fenced terrace, you'll find your pool, spa, and outdoor seating for lounging and dining. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi throughout the home and an en suite bathroom paired with each of the two bedrooms.

• We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

• 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
