Whip up tasty meals in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. With the leaf, the table can comfortably fit eight and the granite island adds another four.

Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, featuring a stately king bed, a walk-in closet, 47-inch TV, armchair, and direct access to the lanai. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and a 32-inch TV, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom doubles as an office and provides a sleeper sofa, leather chair, and ottoman. Select a book off the shelf for some light reading, or plan your day’s activities at the office nook -- outfitted with a large monitor.

East of Hwy A1A, your prime location is a quick two blocks to the entrance of the St. Johns County Beach Access Walkover. Bring the provided beach gear and follow the charming boardwalk to a wide stretch of soft, white sand. Great for families, you’ll also find the Windswept Acres Park within a half mile. Pack a picnic and let the kids run and explore the playground. When dining out, excellent eateries can be reached in no time. Local favorites include Redfrog and Hazard’s (under a mile from your home) as well as South Beach Grill (within two miles).

• Because this home is located directly off A1A, guests may hear noise from the road. However, this is mitigated to a large degree by a large brick wall, landscaping, and outdoor stereo.

• 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• This rental is located on floor 1.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
