Everything went smoothly and I felt I had all the info in a timely manner. When checking out, the code of the front door stopped working and we couldn't lock the door. We contacted Vacasa per text message easily but they couldn't sort the issue quickly and we were just waiting for a solution for 45 minutes. We were ready to leave, but weren't allowed to leave without the door being locked. I had to call them and only then they told us we could go (door still unlocked), so it felt like a waste of time.
