This home away from home is ideal for that much-needed family retreat. Upon entering, you'll have the living room to your left. It has been beautifully furnished to provide the ultimate relaxation experience with two inviting sofas, a recliner, a ceiling fan, and an entertaining center with a flatscreen TV with Roku streaming and YouTubeTV, a DVD player and library, and an Xbox One.

The kitchen and dining area are also great for fun gatherings. The kitchen is spacious and offers guests all the appliances needed to let their creativity flow when it comes to cooking–a kitchen island with three stools, plenty of counter space, a stainless steel French door fridge, a Mr. Coffee and Hamilton Beach coffee makers, and a dishwasher will make cooking a breeze. The dining table seats up to six people, but if you'd like to enjoy your meals al fresco, the terrace offers a six-people dining area with a gas grill. There is a small desk between the kitchen and dining area in case you need to work on some emails or videoconferences with your team.

All three bedrooms have a ceiling fan and flatscreen TVs with cable. The main room has an ensuite full bathroom with a gorgeous jetted tub, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a nice walk-in shower as well.

You'll be staying in a development called Coral Ridge only five miles away from downtown Washington and 10.5 miles from downtown St. George. Golfers can practice their swing at the nearby Coral Canyon Golf Course, or visit Zion, one of the crown jewels of the national parks system.
