However, if you need to experience both towns' charm, Tahoe Valley is a short four-mile drive, whereas South Lake Tahoe is a three-mile drive. Offering endless dining options, convenience stores, souvenir stores, and gear rentals, you'll be just a few minutes away from all the fun both towns provide. Winter visitors can ski and snowboard at their heart's content at Heavenly Mountain Resort, four miles away. Summer visitors will enjoy endless activities, too! Lake Tahoe offers a plethora of fun, family-friendly activities in the water, including swimming, water skiing, swimming, and boating. The living area is spacious and equipped with a comfortable sectional, two armchairs, a round sofa chair, an electric fireplace, and a large TV with streaming capabilities. This is a great place to unwind with your family or friends, watch an entertaining movie, plan your next move, or simply relax.

The dining table is made of exquisite wood, and the well-equipped, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.
