New Townhome for the Whole Family - Close to Skiing and the River

Escape to the mountains with this colorful Steamboat Springs vacation rental, with high-end furnishings and a homey feel, a ski bus stop nearby, and walking distance to the Yampa River.

Set in a quiet community on the south side of town, this home is close to winter activities like skiing and snowboarding (less than two miles away by car or free bus), the local Nordic ski trails, and Rabbit Ears Pass.

Bursting with the owner's beautiful artwork, this townhome exudes upscale elegance with slate tile, granite countertops, and nice furnishings.

Enter this home on the lowest of three floors. There's a spacious garage to store all of your gear and keep your car snow free! A washer/dryer keeps everything from bike shorts to ski socks fresh all trip long.

The main living area, a game room-converted bedroom, and a second bathroom with a stand-alone shower complete the second floor. Likely to be a hot spot in the house, the game room houses a huge sectional, flatscreen TV (cable and a DVD player attached), and shelves stocked with board games and movies. WiFi is available throughout the home.

Bring warmth and ambiance by lighting the gas fireplace in the formal living room while you enjoy a good book, chatting with fellow travelers, and dining at the nearby contemporary table for five. More seating is available at the hightop counter bar and the balcony's quaint bistro table.

Feeding a group is quite the task, but with this high-end kitchen, the chef of the family will have no problem whipping up tasty meals to replenish hungry guests. Major stainless steel appliances are accompanied by small appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and mixer. And the slow cooker is perfect for having dinner hot and ready when you walk in from a full day on the slopes.

This is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom home. The first floor has French doors to the sunny and private patio. For convenience, there's a bathroom with a stand-alone shower down here.

Featuring two beautifully spacious master suites, the third floor is a quiet retreat. Each bedroom houses a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom (one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a stand-alone shower). Two more guests can sleep in the twin and twin trundle tucked into the nook in between the bedrooms. The provided queen-size sofabed in the north main bedroom ensures that five guests can rest well.

Steamboat Resort, just a short drive or bus-ride away, offers slopes for all levels. Switch it up: Explore the town during the day and spend the evening hours night skiing at Mt. Werner and Howelson Hill. The Torchlight Parades with fireworks on New Years, Valentine's Day, and St. Patrick's Day are entrancing for all ages. If you're lucky enough to be here in the beginning of the new year, make some time to check out MusicFest, which blends a love of Texas/Americana music with snow sports for a memorable few days.

Need to rest your tired body? Take a drive into Steamboat for a day spent at Old Town Hot Springs. Soak in the geothermal-fed pools, take your kids down the water slides, or leave the kids at day care while you pamper yourself with a massage and a drop-in workout class.

In the summer, hike or ATV up Rabbit Ears Pass, or float down the Yampa River. Come in early summer for Steamboat Spring's Bike Week for clinics, races, and demonstrations.

From paddleboarding down the river in summer to making snow angels in the winter, there's something to pique everyone's interest nearby this impressive Northwest Colorado vacation rental.

This place is even better and bigger in person. All the beds were comfortable, kitchen was great and location was very close to the mountain. Could easily sleep 10.

We stayed in this town home over the Christmas/New Years break. I'll start with the positives- This home is well layed out and accommodated our two family perfectly, no one felt like they were on top of each other and we had three teenage boys and a teenage girl. We were skiing every day so having a well stocked kitchen was nice to come home to at night since we did a lot of cooking. Having a two garage was awesome since it snowed 14 inches in two days while we were there. Having four bathrooms was also great so there was less sharing. The location of the town home is convenient to the mountain, downtown Steamboat and grocery stores. We did not have any problems with hot water like another reviewer mentioned. Unfortunately there was one big negative for us, it might not matter to anyone else, but there is only ONE TV in the whole town home and it is not even in the main living area. It is on the main floor in a small side room that has a couch. Since we were there during Bowl Season it was a little uncomfortable to all be squished together on one couch and you could not watch TV in any of the rooms. Also, the beds were not super comfortable and the decor is pretty outdated. If none of those things are deal killers in making a decision this house was great for the price and good for us in every other way!
Manager response:
We are so glad you enjoyed the home! We are sorry that one television was not enough for your group. We are passing along your feedback to the local staff for them to consider adding more televisions. Thank you for review, we hope to host you again!

We booked several rooms at the Steamboat Mountain Lodge and the house in Majestic Circle. The combination was a great match - easy to walk between the two and gave us options for gathering at the house or the Lodge common room.

We had a group of 8 adults and throughly enjoyed our stay. This very updated house had everything we needed and was very convenient for our needs. Thank you!

The beds in the master bedroom are simply a box spring and a mattress sitting on the floor. There is only 1 television in the unit which make it kind of difficult to accommodate “10” guest wanting different programs. But above all, having to turn down the heat in the unit just to take a shower was a big let down. The water and heat operate on the same system and should really be upgraded. Over all, this is not a terrible place to stay, however it definitely needs some upgrades.
Manager response:
We have advised the owner of these comments, and they are considering improvements to the mattresses and TVs. We apologize for any inconvenience the water and heat system has caused our guests.

We loved this townhome! Very spacious, nice kitchen, four parking spaces, great location at the end of the bus route, working fireplace, natural light, very clean. Our only disappointment was not being able to locate a hair dryer. We'll definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed it very much, plenty of places to sleep, love the fully stocked kitchen, very convenient to everything. Very spacious, our family had so much fun.

House was good, modern, clean and had all the right stuff.
Great for a group of 6 or more. We had 10 and that is really max.
Very professional company, with a new well appointed 3 story condo with garage.
We wanted a house walking distance to the SS commercial area and the house is neither walking to town or to mountain. Other than that all good.

The home is beautiful and furnishings are great! The location is convenient and close to town. Great walking trails right outside the home. Lovely for a large group or family stay!

10 girls at the house for the weekend for a bachelorette party. We had an epic time! Great location of the house, big enough for all of us to fit comfortably and lovely views!

Loved the layout and artwork. There was plenty of room to spread out so we were not on top of each other. Nice to be able to park in the garage, Quiet neighborhood and much preferable to the congestion near the slopes. Take bug spray. The Yampa River is a mosquitos paradise but also great to walk along
