This charming ground floor vacation rental is beautifully decorated and is conveniently located a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, cafes, and ski slopes of the Blue Mountain Village. Take advantage of the sunny living room and take in the gorgeous pond and the second hole of the Monterra golf course views. There, you can unwind at peace as you watch your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV and warm up by the fireplace. Make great use of the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and channel your inner chef. Step outside and enjoy the convenient and lovely outdoor patio equipped with a gas grill.
What's nearby: Book this vacation rental and you'll be only half a mile from downtown Blue Mountain Village, a great place for shopping, trying new cuisines, and outdoor activities. If you're an outdoors enthusiast, you'll love coming here whether in the warm months or during the cold winter. During the summer, you can hike and bike through the many scenic trails or explore the many lakes while boating or fishing. However, winter also offers a plethora of activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Plus, there are a few tennis clubs and golf courses nearby.
Things to know: The seasonal swimming pool is currently closed for the season. Please note that this home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort.

Parking notes: Parking passes are MANDATORY with all units. When staying at your Vacasa Rivergrass rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Rivergrass Parking Lot.
Your parking passes are located just inside the front door of the unit.
Please ensure that you park one vehicle within the front row and one in the back row and both vehicles should have your parking pass displayed on your dashboard or dashboard mirror.
If you have any more than two vehicles then you shall need to locate alternate parking. Please be sure to vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is limited.
Additional parking can be found at North Creek Resort, located at 796468 Grey Road 19. Please park in the lot immediately to the left when you enter the complex, in front of the Gatehouse. Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.
Any lost pool/hot tub access fobs(1) or parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/fob and/or per pass (2) which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Our condos at Rivergrass are a mix of vacation properties and some residential units. We therefore request that you be respectful of others as it relates to Noise, Parking and Garbage. We therefore want to remind all of our valued Vacasa guests that we want you to enjoy the condo here at Blue and create many happy memories and that you respectfully adhere to the rules that exist within your vacation rental unit.

It's a very nice apartment. I would only recommend that the owner invest a little in the renovation.

Very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. Love that it also had many games to play, no need to bring our own. The only weird thing was that there was no closet available in the second bedroom. would definitely rent this unit again

The apartment is very large and well decorated. The beds are comfy. The customer service team are excellent. We did have to call on them for several problems and they refunded us some money, and Larissa kept coming by to fix our issues. We found the TV operation extremely complicated without any instructions to help navigate it. Our Keurig coffee machine didn’t work and so Larissa loaned us the staff one! Strangely there were fireworks let off at midnight on night and at 2am the next. We could hear the upstairs guests throughout our second night. This place is quite gorgeous and well located though.

We love this place and will reserve it in the future again! This was our second stay at the unit, which is very comfortable and tastfully decorated! The location is perfect with a great proximity to the complex amenities and the village. The only dissapountment was hat the TV in the second bedroom was not working 😕

Open concept space was perfect for our small family getaway. The location to Blue Mountain Village was quite close and a bonus was the shuttle service. The Vacasa team was very helpful in answering our inquiries and we will likely return to the property.

The condo was large, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen(except, oddly enough, for a vegetable peeler....I bought one and left it there). It is a ten minute or so walk to the Village with its great restaurants and interesting shops. It was quiet at night and both beds were comfortable. I would definitely return.

Very spacious. Clean and tidy upon arrival. Kitchen had everything we needed.
There is a leak in the large bathroom on the faucet handles. Seems to be minor, but should be addressed.
I would book this condo again.

It is a nice property. Very comfortable. The only reason is not five stars is because of the bbq, which was quite dirty. So unclean, opted to not use it.

This place was super nice and perfect for 2 couples. We loved the fact it was an end unit so we felt we had a lot of privacy. There are also these nice Muskoka chairs so you can sit under the trees and look out over a golf course. Also about a 10 minute walk into the village. Super convenient.

Clean and new. Lacking in supplies (salt, pepper, laundry and dish soap), but the property manager supplied Ilya with what we needed. Had a great time! Loved Blue Mountain!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy chalet! It has everything you would need and a very short walk to the Village. A real gem and all on one floor with an end unit for privacy. Lovely wrap around sofa and warm fireplace makes it so comfortable!
