Located just a block away from the beach in the small town of Neskowin, this home is close to everything sea-friendly! With the nearby Neskowin Marsh Golf Course, Nestucca Bay, Devils Lake, and countless hiking trails and mountain vistas, there's always something to do outdoors without having to venture too far.

This home is stunning and sunny with vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, and fresh touches like new tiling and modern furniture.

The living room has a warm, welcoming vibe boasting beautiful high ceilings, a stone fireplace, and tons of seating including a soft leather couch. Catch your favorite show on the giant flatscreen TV on the mantle, or choose from one of the many books located in the center island. Chefs of any skill level will be wowed by the full kitchen with beautiful tiled floors, stainless steel appliances, and tons of natural light from the large windows overlooking the trees and ocean views! Outside on the deck there's a gas grill where you can whip up a delicious BBQ, and room for 16 people to sit around the dining tables. There's also a half bathroom on this level, so you won't have to walk down to the lower floor.

Downstairs on the second level you'll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen, lots of drawer space for your belongings, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool during the warmer summer months. The third has a double bed with twin bunk above it, as well as a twin trundle that pulls out, and the last bedroom is perfect for the kids with the same twin-over-double/trundle as well as a full bed in the corner. All bedrooms are spacious and inviting with big windows and lots of room to spread out in!

On the first floor, there is a game room with a flatscreen TV, Xbox 360, and enormous suede L-shaped couch to doze on. There's also a desk in the corner where someone can send some emails with the provided WiFi, as well as another couch that pulls out into a queen-size sofabed. Choose from one of the many adult or children's board games on the shelves for a night of family fun! The family dog is also welcome to join you for an additional nightly fee.

Head outside to the deck to soak away your cares in the private hot tub. A wooden fence helps assure your privacy, so relax and enjoy the soothing waters.

There's even an outdoor shower with warm water, so you can wash off the beach sand after a day of fun in the sun, and with a washer/dryer, you can save money and pack light.

The beach is just a block west of this gorgeous home, so you can set out to the sand with your cooler, chairs, and a football to soak up the rays for the day, or hit the waves with your surfboard or paddle board! Proposal Rock is a beautiful sight right near this home, as well as the Neskowin Marsh Golf Course to test your driving and putting skills. There are a few options for dining and shopping within walking distance as well. Neskowin is a small town, but is almost exactly between the two larger areas of Pacific City and Lincoln City (each within a 25 minute drive) where you can find loads of restaurants, bars, and boutiques!

The Oregon Coast is teeming with options for outdoor activities. Head north just 15 minutes to the Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge to check out some natural flora and fauna along the waters near Pacific City, as well as the numerous hiking trails and vista points along the way. Tillamook Bay is about 45 minutes away where you can visit the Tillamook Cheese Factory as well as the scenic bay area. South of Neskowin, you can find fishing charters, paddle board rentals, and places to camp near Devils Lake and Lincoln City. If you really want a bigger-city vibe, there's always Portland (about 2 hours away).
