Upgraded Condo w/ Fireplace - 1/2 mile to Brian Head Resort & On Free Bus Route

Gorgeous mountain views and quick access to the slopes make this vacation rental in Brian Head the perfect venue for your next ski retreat!

This two-bedroom condo is only half a mile from skiing and mountain biking at Brian Head Resort, and is located on a bus route that will take you throughout Brian Head, free! Keep your car parked in the condo's garage (who wants to shovel their way out of the snow?) while you explore beautiful Southern Utah safely.

This rustic retreat is designed for efficiency and comfort for those seeking a home away from home during their mountain adventures. You'll enjoy the conveniences with warmth and a rustic Utah feel in each room.

You'll be welcomed into a warm living room with calming brown walls, and earth tones displayed in the room's fixtures, furnishings, and art. If you're a nature lover, you'll enjoy this room's vibe, and will happily rest your feet here. A gas fireplace, flatscreen cable TV, cozy dining nook, and dark wood touches complete the appeal.

Wood cabinets in the full kitchen continue the rustic feel of this home. Be sure and pack plenty of groceries, as you'll have all major appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and blender. This lovely vacation rental made sure to include wine glasses and a corkscrew - all you need to bring is the wine, and maybe your sweetheart, or your best friends, or both!

This condo has two bedrooms and a loft. The first bedroom provides a punch of bold green. This blends beautifully with the dark wood trim and furnishings. The light, bright bedding on the queen bed set a nice contrast to the rest of the room. Light and bright continues in the first full bathroom with bright blue walls, and a bathtub/shower combination.

The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed. Earth tones and touches of nature accent this room. The pretty bird art in this room may inspire your adventurous side for hiking and bird watching.

The last bedroom is without frills and has a queen bed, perfect for kids (let them pretend it's their mountain cave!), or a couple simply looking for a place to rest their sleepy heads. The final full bathroom is light, clean, and has a standing shower. Six adults, or a party of eight (if you're traveling with children), will have all needs met in this restful condo suite.

*Please note that it is on the second floor and there is no elevator.

This vacation destination has Internet access, as well as a DVD library! Two TVs and a Blu-ray player will allow for quiet movie nights (or movie days).

With downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, zip lining, and mountain biking only a half-mile away at Brian Head Resort, you may not spend a lot of time in this condo retreat. A free bus shuttle takes you wherever you need to go. This area is popular for back-country hiking, off-roading on an ATV, bird watching, and canyoneering.

There are several trails for hiking nearby such as Rampart's Trail, Twisted Forest, and Alpine Pond. You can spend an entire trip just hiking! In the summer, you can sign up for ranger-led hikes and nature walks at Cedar Breaks. Scenic SkyLift rides are available on the weekends, and provide breathtaking views of Brian Head Peak and Cedar Breaks National Monument.

Experience the best of Southern Utah when you book this perfect, restful retreat now!

You need to really consider the parking situation, if you have a large car or SUV you will probably not be parking inside the circular, pie-shaped parking spots where I personally saw one car wedged into the spot and cement pole....The condo itself is ok, not luxury, but better than a hotel. The location is fine, even can walk to the Pizza shop and just 1 mile to the slopes....A good option.

Well stocked

We had a great time, very close to the lifts

The condo itself is nice, and it was exactly as it was presented in the pictures. However, the only entrance was up a narrow, snow-covered stairway, as garage access was blocked, and if you didn't get one of the 2 to 3 parking spots outside of the building, you had to park 100 to 200 yards away down a steep hill. Also, you guys can have Brian Head all to yourselves. The terrain might be okay if you could ever ski it on a day without wind holds for lifts. We heard that was rare, so we won't be back. Being from Grand Junction, there are many superior options that are closer.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. However there was only 1 kitchen towel, no tissues, the unit heated up very slowly and the parking garage is meant for small compact cars. I had difficulty parking my Acura MDX. There was no WiFi and that became obvious after I booked the room. I didn’t catch that prior to booking, my bad! There were no games like stated. The unit lighting was extremely dark. The upstairs bedroom and extra room turned out to be a converted closet. I felt like I was in a doll house. It’s great for very small children. The upstairs TV didn’t work.
The condo was conveniently located to giant steps. The shuttle bus stop was only 1 block away.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see you were disappointed with some aspects of your stay, Francine. The property manager has taken care of the games, TV, and light bulbs. The owner also has been advised of your comments regarding the internet. Thank you!

Our family of 5, kids 19, 16and 12, stayed here between Christmas and New Years. Location in the town is great - very short drive to the 2 lodges. Having the garage was nice since we got a lot of snow. On a side note, make sure you have AWD or 4WD to drive up the mountain into Brian Head.

The condo was better than the pictures. It’s well stocked with nice cookware and you can eat meals there very easy (shop in Cedar City).

The only feedback we would give is the mattresses are in need of replacement. Other than that the place worked well.
Manager response:
Thank you for your comments, Edward. We will bring your comments to the attention of the local staff and the owner. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable, great location. I would definitely come back. Just be aware of and prepared for symptoms of high altitude sickness. Brian Head is 9,800 ft, and top of slopes is 11,000 ft

Ski resort is very close (.5 mile) to this property and also the general store is nearby. We enjoyed the stay

Our family just got back from spending Christmas week skiing in Brian Head. The condo was very clean and is a no frills place to stay if you're not planning on spending much time in the condo. The beauty of Brian Head makes that easy. The location was wonderful - right in between Giant Steps and Navajo. The condo had what we needed in the kitchen - the small appliances, pots and pans and bakeware seemed to be new, so that was nice. It would have been nice to have more dish rags and bath towels. The beds are not very comfortable and the living room seating is not sufficient for a family of 6. All in all, we had a great trip, but will probably look elsewhere for lodging on our next trip to Brian Head.

overall... it was good!

I have stayed in the same room twice now. So far have yet to have a bad experience. Everything is always extremely clean and in good working order. It is very quiet and close to the mountain.

Enjoyed our stay. Needs adjustible thermostat and new toastera and microwave

Very clean condo. Easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay

Overall a great visit. This was our first time to Brianhead and we really enjoyed it. The condo was good, with a couple nitpicks noted above. The convenience was unbeatable. From the driveway of the condo to the (free) parking lot at Giant Steps was about 3 minutes. And from the car to the ticket line and chair lift was about 40 seconds. A remarkable difference from the California resorts. Very enjoyable. Would highly recommend it (both the condo and the resort).

This was a nice place to stay for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. The code to open the garage was broken but Brian Head is always safe. We had a great time and enjoyed the condo.
