Parking Notes: There is a single-car garage which can accommodate a small vehicle. We ask that you refrain from parking oversized vehicles and trailers in the Solano Vallejo complex, please park any oversized vehicles with trailers on West Water Dr. RVs are not to be used on any property.

This condo is not in town which means you will drive to attractions, meals and activities. This is not all bad. We loved the quiet and solitude of the condo. We took advantage of golf and loved the course.

Perfect for 3 photographers, ample space and full amenities. The place provided a quiet environment, but close enough to Moab for restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated.

The townhome was perfect for the 4 is us. Grammy had first floor bedroom, 2 teenage boys and their mom had second floor. Everything we could possibly need was provided. From there we could hike up to the end of the road. Easy access to town and arches. A really good experience and we didn’t want to leave, but more guests were coming in so we couldn’t stay. Would like to come back.

The apartment in the Solano Vallejo complex was a very nice place to stay while visiting Moab. Kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are comfortable - a great place to relax after spending the day at the parks.

Was able to comfortable stay in this place with 7 adult men. Plenty of room and everyone had their own place to sleep. Was nice all staying in the same place versus partnering up in hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet , clean comfortable. Met the awesome manager, she was great. I would give it five stars if the showers weren't a issue. If two showers were going at once the water would scald you. We write this in book and reported it.

This is a great little place with lots of nice sunlight in the mornings. Beds are very comfy and the place is clean and well appointed. On the south side of Moab, so not walking distance to downtown Moab, but only short drive away.

We stayed here with our four kids and had a blast. The house is located within minutes of all that Moab has to offer and is a great launching points for visits to nearby Arches, Canylonlands, and Dead Horse parks, among others. There is everything you need to cook meals and plenty of bedrooms to spread out and relax. TVs abound and there is a nice backyard area to turn kids loose in. We'd definitely stay there again!

Outside of town but still really close. Good location to recreation areas and parka. 3 Bed 2 Bath with updstairs big bedroom REALLY BIG makes this a great home for a small group to rent together. Bedding and furniture a bit dated, but still way more cozy to stay than at a hotel.

Stayed in Moab for three nights in this great condo with our three grandkids. Enjoyed great visits to Arches and Canyonland. Great hikes and great sights. Even enjoyed biking in the rain!
