The beach itself is just steps from your door, and six blocks north, you'll find the center of Rockaway Beach with its shops and cafes.

This rental is part of a duplex. If you'd like space for up to 20 guests, you can rent it together with the Boardwalk. If you need more space, you can rent next-door Pacific Avenue as well to have enough room for up to 30 guests.

The sunny upper level boasts a calming atmosphere with colorful artwork to lift your mood. The open great room includes a cozy living area, spacious kitchen, and dining nook - plenty of space for the whole family to gather together and socialize.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots and pans, dinnerware, and serving utensils you'll need to prepare meals for a large group, and includes a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Grab a stool at the breakfast bar for a quick snack, or gather around the four-person dining table by the wide picture windows for a meal with a view. Outside, the deck has a new propane BBQ (propane included) for summer barbecues.

The living area has two cozy leather sofas placed before a brand new flatscreen cable TV with DVD player, so you can enjoy a movie night after a long day's exploration on the beach. There won't be any arguments about the evening's film selection, though, as there are flatscreen TVs scattered throughout the house! If you want to look up movie reviews, sign onto the WiFi.

The master bedroom is on the upper floor, with a gorgeous handcrafted king bed topped with a canopy and a separate sitting area. There is also a full bath on this level.

Downstairs, in addition to the den, are three bedrooms, one full bath, and a laundry room with an industrial grade washer/dryer. Two bedrooms offer plush queen beds, and the third has two sets of twin bunk beds for up to four younger guests. Altogether, 10 guests can share the space very comfortably, and there are plenty of warm blankets, fresh linens, and fluffy towels provided for everyone. You can even bring your dogs for a small nightly fee!

Outside, the lower level has a grassy yard perfect for the canine family members, who may join for a small nightly fee.
