The condo itself is bright and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Take a seat on the plush furniture in the living area to read a book or look out on the red rock vistas of Moab Rim outside the window. There's a flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player and a gas fireplace for a cozy movie night after a full day of adventure.

The kitchen and dining area are across from the open main room. Cook whatever you can think of with full amenities on-hand, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Four can sit at the breakfast bar for a quick meal, and six will fit around the dining table for a pleasant dinner together.

Outside, you can enjoy views of the Rim and the La Sal Mountains from your patio and use a gas grill for barbecuing tasty food. Don't forget to make use of the shared seasonal hot tub (open February through November) and pool (open April through October) in the common area!

There are three bedrooms in this house - one with a queen bed and a second with two twin beds plus a TV and DVD player. The master bedroom features a king bed with a flatscreen TV and a full private bath with dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. One more full bath and two rollaway beds in the living room allow for up to eight guests to sleep comfortably here.

Don't leave Fido at home for this trip - he's more than welcome to join the fun (please note a small, nightly pet fee). Take care of laundry easily with a private washer/dryer.

This condo is perfect for a family or a group of friends - take the mountain bike out to Slickrock Trail for an unforgettable 10-mile loop ride on sandstone rock, head to Ken's Lake for a day of fishing, or book a rafting trip on the scenic Colorado River.
