*Please note the WiFi can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town. Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there is not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.
*Dog-friendly for a small, nightly fee! Please do not allow dogs on any of the furniture. Please clean after your dog in the yard and put it in the garbage cans prior to departure. Dogs must be attended at all times when they are in the house. Excessive dog barking is very disruptive to the neighbors, who will call us to complain. Please do what you can to avoid this issue. Please do not have more than two pets at the house.
