Set just about three blocks to the beach, in the Sandstone Point property, you'll have easy access to the beach for searching for seashells, taking relaxing strolls while the waves crash against the shore, and building sand castles. The main hub of Lincoln City is just north as well, and the charming Taft neighborhood is about a mile south.

Warm, beige walls complement the dark wood floors and create a welcoming and elegant space to spend quality time with your fellow travelers. (This rental option is the lowest level of a building that is available to rent in its entirety to sleep 40 guests if you wish!) With four bedrooms, this lowest level of the building can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, but if you need more space, consider renting the above condo or two as well and include the entire family!

The open kitchen and dining room ensure pure convenience when it comes to mealtime. Stainless steel major appliances, cherry cabinets, and a glass tile backsplash are just a few of the aspects that make this space feel upscale. And on top of a fridge and oven/stove top, there is also a coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, waffle iron, mixer, and dishwasher.

Set the nearby modern dining table for eight, or head out to the grassy courtyard and patio to dine while gazing out across the ocean. The kids and dogs will love running and playing tag after dinner! Keep in mind that if you do bring the dogs, there is a nightly pet fee.

Back inside, end a dreamy day by playing board games across the table, watching a movie or show on the cable-equipped TV, and upload pictures to show off your incredible getaway using the in-home WiFi.

One bedroom houses a queen-size bed and a set of fun twin bunk beds, two rooms each have a king-size bed, and a single queen-size bed occupies the fourth room. A nice, leather futon is located in the hallway for more sleeping space as well, allowing space for up to 12 guests in this condo. Two bathrooms are available for relaxing shower after a day on the beach, and a washer and dryer are set in the hallway so everyone can enjoy clean, dry swimsuits and outfits for tomorrow's packed agenda.

Take advantage of the serene beach being so close and head out for tidepooling, beachcombing, or clamming. Try crabbing in the sea, or watch for wildlife in Siletz Bay. Rent surfboards and try hanging ten in this Nelscott neighborhood, or book a sailing excursion on nearby Devils Lake, which also has great fishing! Spend a day hiking or biking up at Cascade Head, just north of Lincoln City. Or stay close by for delicious eateries, unique shopping, and entertainment and food at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort. Whichever way you go, you're sure to find fun activities!
