This three-bedroom home is set on a bluff-top meadow that sits only 100 yards from the shore. Easy access to Shell Beach is only a short walk away, for fun-filled days exploring and playing in the waves.
This home is bright and open with high ceilings and large pictures windows for great views and lots of natural light. The living room is tastefully decorated, and the exposed beams and fireplace gives the room a cozy, rustic vibe. This area is spacious and will allow ample room for guests to sprawl out and enjoy group games or movie nights. Other special features include a piano, shelves stocked with books, and plenty of quiet spots throughout this home to catch up on reading.
The fully stocked kitchen is light and bright, with white appliances, and additional conveniences such as a dishwasher and microwave. There is an eat-in table in the kitchen, and it opens up to a separate dining area that will accommodate big group meals.
Sliding glass doors lead out from the kitchen to the private deck - take advantage of the amazing atmosphere and patio furniture for memorable outdoor entertaining. A second glass door off the dining area gives this big space an ideal flow for family gatherings.
The master suite includes a large sleeping room with a king bed, a cushioned bench, and windows providing natural light and idyllic whitewater views. The sleeping room is attached to an office area that includes a long desk with plenty of space to work and a queen bed. The bathroom is accessed from this room.
There are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom between them: one has a king and the other has two twin beds. Note: one of the king bedrooms is attached to the queen bedroom and the attached bathroom is accessed by going through the queen bedroom.
With three bedroom and two full bathrooms, eight guests will have plenty of space and comfort to manage their daily routines. You can bring up to two dogs!
