The backyard, filled with live oaks, is quite large and slopes gently down to the water's edge. Children will love feeding the ducks and wading in the shallow area next to the boat launch (the cove's public access boat launch is conveniently located right next to Grace Cottage). Granite obstacles are clearly marked and the property includes a convenient bulkhead with cleats to moor your boat and a double jet ski ramp.
