Climb up the short flight of stairs to reach out the second level where you'll find the main entrance to the condo and a bedroom with baseboard heat.

The main living space is subdivided into two small levels by a six-step stair. The living room has comfortable furniture throughout along with a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player. Right off the living room is a small balcony overlooking the mountains. Equipped with three chairs, this spot will be ideal to hang out in the summer months. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare everything you want, including that recipe you've been dying to show your friends. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar allows five lucky guests. This level also features a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Another short flight of stairs will take you to the loft, where you'll come across one bed. And last, but not least, reach the upper level of the home thanks to a five-step flight of stairs. Here you'll come across a bedroom with a comfortable bed, an armchair, and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a baseboard heat unit.
