This large 2,600+ sq. ft. home offers you all the amenities of home and has great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces as well as community amenities to enjoy like the outdoor community pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, and game room. The open concept dining/kitchen/living area creates the perfect setting for meals and entertaining. The home has a separate living area so kids and adults can have their separate living areas. Out back, you'll sit on the patio under the overhead string lights and enjoy an evening cocktail. Go out on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms and the kids can enjoy a loft area to hang out and watch TV.

When you're not relaxing at our beautiful townhome, you can explore the nearby attractions. Head to Bethany Beach and walk along the boardwalk and enjoy some ice cream or browse in the many intimate shops. • The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. They must be purchased and worn by all guests, six years and older, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
