Though it will be hard to convince guests to leave the comfort of this private oasis, venturing out for a day of fun will be a blast. Simply walk seven minutes or take a quick shuttle ride over to Blue Mountain Resort and make a day of skiing, snowboarding, or sledding with the whole gang. Come summer, check out Monterra Golf (650 meters), The Georgian Trail (2 kilometers), Northwinds Beach (four kilometers), wine tours, and breweries, all within a 20-minute drive! Plus, walking and biking trails abound at the entrance of this development for your convenience.

Parking Notes: Rivergrass provides all guests with one (1) parking pass only. The parking pass shall be found just inside the unit upon your arrival. The vehicle parking spots are not numbered, please park your vehicle with the one parking pass closest to your building and your 2nd vehicle adjacent to or behind the front row parking. Please keep in mind, during peak volume periods, there may be limited parking available.
Issued parking pass MUST be displayed in the windshield at all times or you are at risk of being ticketed/and or towed. Vacasa Canada ULC shall not be held liable for any issued parking tickets.
Guests are NOT permitted to park more than 2 vehicles on the complex grounds during their stay.
All extra vehicles may park at parking lots P2A opposite of the Blue Mountain village and no extra parking passes are available
