The center of the neighborhood boasts a clubhouse, fitness center, enormous resort-style pools with water slides and waterfalls, and a 20-person hot tub. Archie Gubler Park - just across the street - offers basketball and volleyball courts, a splash pad, baseball diamonds, and playgrounds.

This brand new home has been expertly designed and decorated to ensure you feel right at home in a luxurious atmosphere. There are faux wood tile floors in the main area and plush carpet in the bedrooms, and the whole home is filled with beautiful furnishings.

Can lighting spans the entire open concept living/dining room and kitchen area. A glass chandelier sits over the dining table for 12, and there are sturdy stools set up to the island bar as well.

Cooking for up to 20 hungry travelers is quite the task, but the gorgeous kitchen with its quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances makes it a breeze. There's plenty of space for multiple chefs to prepare home-cooked meals, and the island is great for buffet-style meals. A dishwasher, mixer, toaster, a double oven, and two microwave are all included as well. There's even a grill outside for barbecue. After dinner, head out to the observation deck to enjoy a clear night sky.

There are two welcoming living rooms with plenty of seating options and 65-inch flatscreen TVs. Spend a relaxing night in watching movies in the home theater with power recliner chairs! Cable, Netlix streaming, Blu-ray/DVD players, and WiFi are provided, giving you plenty of options during downtime.

After hiking and swimming in the pool all day, tired bodies will need comfortable beds. And thankfully, this home has beds for all 20 guests. Among the six nicely decorated bedrooms are four king-size beds (each with a 55-inch TV), eight twin beds, and two queen-size sofabeds.

There's no waiting in line for a bathroom with five full bathrooms between the two floors. A washer and dryer is even available so you can pack light, and infant guests are easily accommodated with two Pack N' Plays, a high chair, and a booster seat. This home is also equipped with a private pool and hot tub (pool towels provided), and plenty of poolside seating.

Paradise Village at Zion is located on the outskirts of Santa Clara. Shopping districts like the Zion Outlets are just a few miles away in St. George. Take a walk down Main Street to explore the historic side of the valley after a morning hike up Sugarloaf in Pioneer Park to enjoy gorgeous valley views and a stunning sunrise. Grab a meal out at The Pizza Factory and a dessert cookie at Swig. Snag tickets for a show at Tuacahn Amphitheater, which is just a few miles from your rental!
