This spacious condo is perfect for a family or group that need space to spread out! The great room, connected to the space at large and set up with plenty of seating, features a wide view of the ocean perhaps best enjoyed from your own private furnished balcony. Central air conditioning and extra blankets will help everyone get comfortable. The full kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to make something delicious, including plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar for when you're eager to eat and then dash off to the beach. A door separates the bedrooms as well as the private washer/dryer from the main shared area. Whoever claims the main bedroom will be able to enjoy a private balcony (with two separate entrances) and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a jetted tub. But no matter where you decide to rest, you can enjoy access to shared amenities such as the pool, tennis court, fitness center, and both charcoal and gas grills during their stay.

The beach is a short walk away - don't forget to walk down to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, less than a mile from this condo. Henderson Beach State Park features clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) just over six miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under six miles from the condo, hosts free shows and family-friendly exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator!

THINGS TO KNOW

• No boats, trailers, RVs, or motorcycles.
• Chair, umbrella sets, and bicycle checkouts can be arranged at the beach shack in front of the pool.
• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
