NOTE: The hot tub and pool are now open as of December 2020, however the fitness room and saunas are currently closed due to local rules and regulations. No date has been set for re-opening. Parking Notes: Underground paid parking is available for guests and is located down the ramp, on the right-hand side as you exit the lobby. There is pedestrian access to the Parking Garage, adjacent to the vehicle access. Guests will be provided a key code at check-in that will grant them access to the parkade. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $21 per 24 hour period (including tax) and parking can be purchased via the self service parking machine in the parkade elevator lobby. The machine accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Alternative payment methods include the mobile app PayByPhone (location 1870).

Maximum parking clearance is 6'9". If your vehicle exceeds the height maximum, the best option for parking within the resort is the privately operated, year-round underground parking underneath Whistler Town Plaza. The lot is located underneath Eagle Lodge and is accessible either via Blackcomb Way (beside the Brewhouse) or via Main Street, under the library. Maximum height is 12'2" and the rate is $30 per night (plus tax) from the self-serve machine at Town Plaza.

We usually stay in the Village, but this location was surprisingly convenient. Located close to the supermarket, playground, public parking lots, and with relatively easy access to the lifts for biking. The staff were polite and helpful, and we were not adversely impacted by the COVID measures that had been put in place. The pool opened for operations during our stay which was a huge hit with our kids. The pool booking system was easy to use and a rigorous cleaning regimen was in place. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed while we were there, but may be open by now. The room itself was clean and well appointed.
My only concern was the pillows, which are overstuffed, like sofa cushions, I've stayed at 100s of hotels and never had an issue with an issue with a pillow before but these have to be twice the "height" of a normal pillow, I ended up folding up a blanket and putting it in a pillow case. It seems like the pillow cases are actually too small, so the pillows cant' flatten out, next time I'll bring a large king size pillow case from home so that my head isn't foot above the bed.
