Follow the trail into Baytowne for a day or night of shopping, dining, exploring the nature trail on the bay, or ziplining across the community. THINGS TO KNOW

• Construction on the building's exterior will begin on August 21, 2023, and will continue throughout the year. Workers will complete one building at a time and this project may impact balcony access in some homes. Construction will occur from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During these times, project noise will likely be audible.
• Gated resort - guests must check in at the guard shack.
• A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.
• Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 4.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
