Great location and private beach access. Charming enclave perfect for our weekend getaway.

What a lovely family home for a Christmas getaway. Beautiful, well-appointed kitchen, multiple living spaces to gather and hangout, and great laundry facility in the basement - perfect for a long stay. We had two minor issues, but Vacasa handled things kindly and efficiently so they were no bother to our stay. The WiFi wasn’t strong enough to support a lot of active devices at once, but that was a great excuse to play some of the provided games and puzzles. Lovely, quiet neighborhood close to great amenities. Highly recommend Pizza Guyz delivery, too!

Plenty of room to spread out and relax! We had 10 people in the house but never felt crowded. The game room downstairs was a huge hit with the kids. And the hot tub and sauna were just what was needed after long day.

Mashpee vacation rentals are your ticket to a quaint town and quiet relaxation along the shore. The area is perfect for those looking to beat the usual coastal crowd. Uniquely, the town has put aside thousands of acres of conservation land while offering fishing and recreation on four of the largest freshwater ponds on Cape Cod.

Of course, if you’re looking for retail therapy and mouth-watering restaurants, there’s plenty of those here, too. There are three world-class championship golf courses, an open-air shopping center, fresh seafood restaurants, and South Cape Beach State Park is the place to be for kayaking, bird watching, and picnicking. Start your morning with a stroll along the beach in Cape Cod.
