Our stay at Kutuk 303 was exceptional.   The unit was extremely clean, has a beautiful view of the mountain & is within a very short walk of the gondolas/lifts. The decor includes unique artifacts, ample cookware/dishes & comfortable furniture & beds.   Secured underground parking, ski lockers and 2 hot tubs added to the convenience and enjoyment.  A bonus for guests is the property is managed by Vacasa,  with an on-site office.   Max, Karen & McKenna were friendly, efficient and accommodating. One of our group thought he left a clothing item in the unit.  Tammy, head of housekeeping, personally went to the unit to search and promptly returned my call.   Due to the age of the unit/location in a ski resort, I expected normal signs of long term usage, however they were minimal.   I have high expectations—the unit and Vacasa staff met all.

Clean, comfortable condo - we felt right at home. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The location to the ski area was great. Hot tubs and ski lockers on property. Highly recommend this place!
