The kitchen has been completely renovated with upgraded white cabinetry, fine granite countertops, upgraded appliances, tile flooring, and all the housewares you will need to make a family meal. The living area has a comfortable sofa and two woven chairs, a mirrored wall, a dining table for four, two bar stools, and tile flooring. This family-friendly escapade also features two TVs with high-definition cable. The main bedroom has a soothing West Indies feel with relaxing tones that take your worries away for bedding. The main bathroom also has a shower/tub combo, and a beautiful custom mirror. A private washer/dryer for added convenience will be at your disposal during your stay. THINGS TO KNOW

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
