This Base Camp One home is centrally located and is an ideal launching point for year-round recreation. Aside from back door access to ski and bike Granby Ranch, you will also be in close proximity to the Granby Ranch Golf Course (two miles north) and Winter Park Resort (20.5 miles south). Granby Ranch offers a number of hiking trails, as well as locations for fly fishing. You can also take a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and the Arapahoe National Forest, all accessible within a 30-minute drive.

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire (including grills), either in a campground or at a private residence is not allowed. No outdoor fires unless it is gas and can be turned off.
  • As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.
