The full-service, stately Sea Pines Beach Club is less than a mile away, giving you the choice of walking or biking down the scenic bike path that wanders through the majestic oak trees and palms adjacent to the ninth fairway of Atlantic Dunes or driving and parking at the beach club. The world-class golf clubhouse, restaurant, and practice facilities for the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Pointe Golf Courses are a short walk away between the house and the beach club. One of our favorite places in Sea Pines is Harbour Town, which is only a mile and a half from the house. Harbour Town boasts a PGA Tour golf course, top-notch tennis facilities, shops, restaurants, live entertainment, and the world-famous yacht basin and lighthouse. The South Beach Marina is just over three miles from the house. It boasts a pool, additional tennis courts, and restaurants, shops, and a relaxing outdoor bar overlooking the water. Equestrians will be overjoyed to learn that Lawton Stables is less than a mile north of the house.

Imagine enjoying all of this with your family and friends amid picturesque live oak trees and hanging Spanish moss overlooking a perfectly manicured golf course from the screened porch on the back of the house. Willow Oak Road is one of the original streets and certainly one of the quietest in Sea Pines despite its perfect, central location.
