My family, and I stayed at this unit. The house was 99.9% close to the online description: very clean and tidy, very well-furnished and equipped, and a 5-minutes walk to Blue Mountain Village, which is a great plus. We enjoyed the grill, the patio, the scenery, and being close to all attractions. We would highly recommend Vacasa's Mountain Walk to anyone planning to visit Blue Mountains area.

The Vacasa App was a tremendous help. Check-in, and check-out processes were very clear and easy.

A very special thanks to the customer service representatives at Vacasa: they are very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Everyone came home happy, rested, and refreshed for September; thanks, Vacasa!

Condos location was great and it was a spacious living area. However staff at check-in were not accommodating/didn't honor our early check in and offered no other options except to just wait after driving 3 hours. The condo didn't have any extra bedding for the pull out couch so we had to go and buy a blanket, and no extra pillow cases but lots of extra pillows?
Ran out of toilet paper half way through stay and had to go purchase more as we had no number to contact staff......oh, did I mention the office is across town!! There was eight girls staying in condo and we were only given 1 key and there is no buzzer at the front door which meant having to go out to the front lobby anytime one of the girls came in or out. At the end of stay there was no clear instructions on check out policies so when I went to drop key off at office I said that to them and that I left garbage/recycling becausr there was no instructions? The response was "oh, well you were suppose to take it out to the bins in parking lot" wellllll nobody told me that and I actually never even seen any bins?
Anyway......I won't stay at this condo again because when you pay that kind of money for a weekend you shouldn't be going out and having to buy toilet paper and blankets.čĹÄ
Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback, Kim. We apologize if early check-in was not available, as availability is determined on whether our housekeeping staff has sufficient time to clean. Please note, we offer a starter-kit of supplies to help get your vacation off to an easy start, and you must purchase your own once those supplies are used. Also, each individual building within the Mountain Walk complex has an attached garbage/recycling room, and guests are responsible for carrying waste out to these bins upon departure. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!
