This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.
Parking Notes: Chateau Ridge provides all guests with two (2) parking passes only. You will receive these in your condo. Please place the provided parking passes in the windshield immediately upon arrival. The vehicle parking spots are numbered, please park one vehicle in designated unit spot and one vehicle in designated visitor parking. Please keep in mind, during peak volume periods, there may be limited parking available.
All extra vehicles may park at parking lots P2A opposite of the Blue Mountain village and no extra parking passes are available
Issued (2) parking passes MUST be displayed in the windshield at all times or you are at risk of being ticketed/and or towed. Vacasa Canada ULC shall not be held liable for any issued parking tickets. Guests are NOT permitted to park more than 2 vehicles on the complex grounds during their stay. For information on additional parking elsewhere please contact Customer Experience 1-800-544-0300.
Any parking passes that are not left in the unit upon check-out will be charged $25.00 per pass that has not been left.
