Parking Notes: As soon as you arrive at Chateau Ridge you must immediately enter the unit and retrieve your two parking passes and place one on each windshield of your two permitted on-site vehicles. This a vital part of the check-in process so as you are not ticketed or towed. At check-out you must place the two parking passes back exactly where you located them when you first checked-in.
Any lost parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/pass which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please note that parking space availability can be very limited; if there are no spaces available at Chateau Ridge, it is the guest's responsibility to find a suitable place to legally park in the region.
